Cabernet SAUVIGNON
APPEARANCE: Intense ruby color with brilliant violet reflections.
AROMA NOTES:Complex aromas that denote the finesse of spices such as
black pepper, thyme, and marjoram, predominant aromas of plums, black cherries, blueberries, and ripe blackberries; aromatic notes of tobacco and roasted coffee.
PALATE NOTES: A wine that announces life in the mouth, smooth stroll on
the palate.
SPIRIT OF THE TERROIR: Symbol of character, elegance, power, and reflection of high-altitude vineyards. Cacholá is the representation of the land from which we come.
VARIETAL: Cabernet Sauvignon.
AGING: Aged in French oak barrels for18 months.

Field Blend
APPEARANCE: Intense red color.
AROMA NOTES: Aromas of mint, predominant black pepper, flowers such as
violets, hibiscus, and bougainvillea, not forgetting the intense fruity aroma of black cherries and fresh plums.
PALATE NOTES: Round wine, with persistence in the mouth and velvety
tannins, balanced acidity characteristic of the region.
SPIRIT OF THE TERROIR: The power and elegance of Cabernet Sauvignon, the refinement of Petit Verdot, and the class of Cabernet Franc make this wine a show of elegance and finesse with freshness, versatile for pairings.
