Cabernet SAUVIGNON


APPEARANCE: Intense ruby color with brilliant violet reflections. 


AROMA NOTES:Complex aromas that denote the finesse of spices such as

black pepper, thyme, and marjoram, predominant aromas of plums, black cherries, blueberries, and ripe blackberries; aromatic notes of tobacco and roasted coffee.


PALATE NOTES: A wine that announces life in the mouth, smooth stroll on

the palate.


SPIRIT OF THE TERROIR: Symbol of character, elegance, power, and reflection of high-altitude vineyards. Cacholá is the representation of the land from which we come.


VARIETAL: Cabernet Sauvignon.


AGING: Aged in French oak barrels for18 months.



PAIRINGS: Cocoa (chocolate), stews, red meats, duck, smoky dishes, and mature cheeses.



Field Blend

APPEARANCE: Intense red color. 


AROMA NOTES: Aromas of mint, predominant black pepper, flowers such as

violets, hibiscus, and bougainvillea, not forgetting the intense fruity aroma of black cherries and fresh plums.


PALATE NOTES: Round wine, with persistence in the mouth and velvety

tannins, balanced acidity characteristic of the region.


SPIRIT OF THE TERROIR: The power and elegance of Cabernet Sauvignon, the refinement of Petit Verdot, and the class of Cabernet Franc make this wine a show of elegance and finesse with freshness, versatile for pairings.


VARIETAL: Cabernet Sauvignon - Petit Verdot - Cabernet Franc.


AGING: Aged in French oak barrels for 18 months



PAIRINGS: Smoked meats, stews, and mature and smoked cheeses.

Sauvignon BLANC

APPEARANCE:  Bright yellow color.


AROMA NOTES: This vibrant Sauvignon Blanc showcases tropical and citrus

fruit notes, green apple, delicate white fowers, and a hint of minerality

Rosado MALBEC

APPEARANCE:  Soft elegant pink color.


AROMA NOTES: Subtle aromatic notes of fresh red fruits, such as raspberrys and cherries that invite inmediate tasting.


PALATE NOTES: Medium acidity. A versatil, fresh, and enjoyable wine for more relaxed moments. 


SPIRIT OF THE TERROIR: The color, freshness and acidity of this wine expres fresh fruit and elegance helping to mitigate the hot season of the environment


VARIETAL: Malbec


AGING: No aging in oak barrels


PAIRINGS: Fresh sea foods and light appetizers.



MERLOT

APPEARANCE:  Radiant intense red color.


AROMA NOTES: Aromas of raspberry, blackcherries, blueberrys and blackberries. 


PALATE NOTES: Velvety sensation, with a full body

and noticiable acidity in every sip.


SPIRIT OF THE TERROIR: With a cheerfull personality this Zacatecan single varietal wine features elegant, smooth, and structured tannins making it an excellent accompaiment for meals with loved ones. 


VARIETAL: Merlot


AGING: Light barrel aging.


PAIRINGS: Meat, pastas, and grilled vegetables.



Viento Negro

APPEARANCE:  Intense red color.


AROMA NOTES: A blend of red and black fruits; cherries and plums, with light touches of toasted oak, will be the aromatic base of this blend.


PALATE NOTES: Gentle and delicate texture. Notes of chocolate and blackberry.


SPIRIT OF THE TERROIR: In the land of quarry skin and silver heart, a wine proposal emerges that pays homage to our soil and the land where we come from. The Valle de las Arcinas, Zacatecas is reflected in this blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot with a brief passage through the barrel. AGING: Aged in French oak barrels for 6 months


PAIRINGS: Pasta with tomato sauce, semi-mature cheeses, lean meats, and marinades.



OAK Reserve

APPEARANCE:  Intense red color.


AROMA NOTES: Various aromas of ripe red and black fruits, hints of tobacco and roasted coffee will be the hallmark of this blend.


PALATE NOTES: Pleasant sensations and sophistication in each glass. Powerful, voluminous, and structured. Rounded tannins for a long and elegant finish

A faithful representation of Zacatecas; power, structure, and elegance that speak for themselves. Vines that provide high-quality fruit to produce the maximum expression that our wines offer.


VARIETAL: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Frank and Petit verdot


AGING: Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.


PAIRINGS: Flavorful and structured meats, chocolate-based desserts, mature cheeses, and moles.
